Implant prosthetics are not conventional crown and bridge work. The tolerances are tighter micro-gaps at the implant-abutment interface matter. Passive fit across multi-implant spans is technically demanding and cannot be approximated. Occlusal loading on implant-supported prosthetics lacks the natural shock-absorbing properties of the periodontal ligament. CIT’s implant team understands these realities and applies them to every case: from the design of the abutment interface to the milling tolerances of the zirconia framework to the occlusal scheme of the final prosthetic.

Yes. Intraoral scans with implant scan bodies, along with proper full-arch opposing arch scans and bite records, can be submitted digitally via all major scanner platforms. For complex full-arch cases, contact our lab team to confirm scan requirements before submitting.
Full-arch implant cases (zirconia hybrids, screw-retained hybrids, All-on-4 titanium dentures) may require additional fabrication time beyond the standard 8-day single-unit turnaround. Contact our lab team when submitting the case to confirm the expected in-lab timeline.
