How to Connect Your iTero to CIT

  • 2. Add CIT Dental Lab as a connected lab (contact CIT for our lab ID)
  • 3. Complete your patient scan as normal
  • 4. Attach your digital prescription (material, shade, restoration type, clinical notes)

Yes. Full-arch scans, bridge case scans, and any multi-unit case can be submitted via My iTero. Ensure your scan captures the full preparation margins and adequate opposing arch for accurate articulation.
Yes. CIT accepts scan files from all iTero generations (Element, Element 2, Element 5D, Lumina). The My iTero submission process is the same regardless of scanner generation.
CIT receives standard iTero case files natively through the My iTero platform. If you prefer to export STL files separately, contact our team to confirm your preferred submission method.
