Crown & Bridge Restorations Dependable, Precise, Delivered Fast
CIT Dental Lab’s Crown & Bridge service line covers every fixed restorative solution dental practices across the Eastern United States depend on from traditional PFM crowns and full cast gold bridges to PMMA provisional temporaries and articulated diagnostic wax-ups. Our crown and bridge technicians combine CAD/CAM digital fabrication with hands-on craftsmanship to produce restorations with tight marginal accuracy, verified occlusion, and the fit reliability your patients expect at delivery. Free 2-way shipping. 8-day in-lab turnaround. All major intraoral scanners accepted.
Every CIT crown and bridge case is fabricated using digital CAD/CAM workflows where applicable and hand-finished by experienced technicians. Each multi-unit case is verified on properly articulated models before packaging. That verification step is the difference between a bridge that seats without adjustment and one that requires significant chairside modification CIT consistently delivers the former.
Every crown and bridge case includes free 2-way shipping no shipping minimums, no extra line items. Submit your case physically or via digital intraoral scan (3Shape Trios, iTero, Primescan, Medit, Carestream, Dexis IS, Ori, or NeoScan). Digital submissions begin production immediately; physical submissions enter the queue upon arrival. 8-day in-lab turnaround standard.

Just as importantly, their team is responsive and easy to work with whenever a case requires additional planning"
""What stands out about Commander In Teeth is the level of personal service they provide. From submitting digital scans to discussing more complicated restorative cases, communication is always clear and professional. We feel confident knowing that their technicians understand both the clinical and esthetic demands of each case."
"We have trusted CIT with a wide range of cases, including implants, removables, and everyday restorative work. The quality is consistent, the team is accessible, and they make a genuine effort to help us achieve the best possible result for every patient. CIT feels less like an outside laboratory and more like an extension of our practice."
For second molars and high-load posterior cases, full-contour zirconia (1,000–1,200+ MPa) and full cast gold are the strongest, most durable options. Full-contour zirconia is metal-free with zero chipping risk. Full cast gold offers exceptional marginal accuracy and longevity. PFM is appropriate for posterior cases where some esthetic requirement exists, though the porcelain overlay carries some chipping risk under high occlusal loading.
Yes. Contact our lab team to discuss long-span bridge cases. Material selection, connector sizing, and framework design are critical considerations for multi-unit spans — our technicians will review your case and advise on the best approach for strength and predictable seating.
Yes. CIT fabricates lab-made PMMA provisional crowns and bridges (CIT Temporaries) for single units, multi-unit spans, and complex cases requiring extended provisional wear. See our CIT Temporary page for details.
Diagnostic wax-ups are a separate service. For complex cases smile makeovers, full-mouth rehabilitations, or any case where pre-treatment outcome visualization is important a diagnostic wax-up should be submitted as a separate order before the preparation appointment. See our Diagnostic Wax-Ups page.
